If you find yourself going through a time of undeserved suffering, the questions in your mind may be many. Why is this happening to me? Why does a good God allow such suffering in our lives? No one signs up to suffer, and yet you will, at some time in your life, go through times of suffering.
In our journey through life, it’s not uncommon to face challenges that seem unbearable and hardships that appear unending. We may question the fairness of our circumstances and seek to understand the purpose behind our pain.
During these moments, it’s important to remember that we are not alone in our struggles. Ken Hodges speaks to us to help us grasp God’s perspective on suffering today, in view of tomorrow.
Today, we have the privilege of hosting a truly remarkable individual, Dr. Ken Hodges. With a wealth of knowledge and a heart dedicated to sharing the timeless truths of the Bible, Dr. Hodges is an Adjunct Professor of Bible Exposition at Grace School of Theology.
Dr. Hodges’ educational journey has been one of profound dedication and pursuit of truth. He earned his Bachelors in Science and Industry from Mississippi State University, equipping him with a diverse perspective and a foundation in critical thinking. Driven by a passion for understanding the depths of scripture, he went on to complete his Masters in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Undeterred in his pursuit of wisdom, Dr. Hodges embarked on a remarkable path that would culminate in his Doctorate in Ministry from Grace School of Theology. This academic achievement further solidified his expertise and commitment to delving into the depths of God’s Word, allowing him to bring forth a unique blend of scholarly insight and pastoral wisdom.
Dr. Hodges has served as a senior pastor for an impressive 18 years in Mississippi, guiding and nurturing congregations with his compassionate leadership. Currently, he is dedicated to serving as the worship pastor at Community Baptist Church in the Woodlands, TX, where he continues to inspire and uplift through the power of music and worship.
Dr. Hodges’ influence extends far beyond his local community. As a board member of the Free Grace Alliance, an esteemed international non-profit organization, he actively promotes the message of faith alone in Christ alone, leaving an indelible impact on individuals around the globe.
