Know Christ and Make Him Known

CELEBRATION DATES:
November 2 – 21, 2026
Grace Gathering: November 19, 7–9 PM CST / November 20, 9–11 AM PHT (online)

2 Timothy 2:2 NASB

“The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.”

November is a special time for the Grace family to pause, celebrate, and remember why we’re here: to know Christ deeply and faithfully make Him known.

Student Appreciation Month 2026 celebrates the journey of every Grace student—and the faithful people God uses along the way.

Paul’s words in 2 Timothy 2:2 capture this beautiful picture of discipleship. Near the end of his life, Paul reminded Timothy to take what he had received and entrust it to faithful people who could teach others.

That is the heart of our celebration.

Someone taught you.

A professor stayed after class to answer one more question.
A mentor believed in your calling before you could fully name it.
A friend prayed for you when you didn’t have the words to pray.
A fellow student encouraged you to keep going when the journey felt difficult.

Through faithful people, God continues to pass His truth from one generation to the next—from student to student, teacher to learner, and disciple to disciple.

The Ichthys: A Simple Symbol of a Greater Calling

The Ichthys, or fish symbol, has long represented the Christian faith—pointing to Jesus Christ as the Son of God and Savior.

For us, it also serves as a reminder of what lies at the center of our journey:

We know Christ because He has been made known to us. And we make Christ known so that others may know Him too.

This November, we celebrate the people who have helped us know Christ, the community that walks alongside us, and the calling we share to faithfully carry His truth forward.
